Idukki, the beautiful hill resort of Kerala is the land of majestic mountains, wondrous valleys and spectacular streams. Thekkady offers excellent facilities for trekking, elephant rides and boating.
The hill station of Munnar (70 km) is the summer resort nestling sprawling tea plantations, picture-book towns, winding lanes and holiday facilities.
