Featuring 360 degree views of the Strip the Stratosphere Tower has become one of the most popular destinations for those that are looking for some of the best views in Vegas.
Recognized as the nation's tallest freestanding observation tower the Stratosphere stands at 1,149 feet high and features an outdoor deck that spans 869 feet as well as an indoor deck measuring 857 feet. The indoor deck slants a little bit because it rests on three legs so if you are one of those that are a little bit afraid of heights you might want to think about heading out to the outside deck.
While the indoor deck is the loading area for the Big Shot as well as featuring a snack bar and two gift shops, the outdoor deck features rides such as X Scream and Insanity as well as featuring observation points perfect for photos.
One of the best aspects of the tower is the Top of the World restaurant. This is the only place in town that you can enjoy a gourmet meal while the restaurant rotates and gives patrons a revolving view of the Strip.
When it comes to finding not only some of the best views, but some of the best thrill rides as well the Stratosphere Tower is the place to go.
