Ever since its inception the Fountains at Bellagio have been one of the hottest and most popular attractions on the Strip.
Whether you are looking for that perfect postcard photo or the perfect spot to propose, the Bellagio Fountains offers the ideal setting. The quarter of a mile Bellagio lake comes alive with fountains spurting blasts of water as high as 240 feet into the air. The 1,000 nozzles combine with the 4,500 lights to form a water and light symphony that is set to orchestrated music. The combination of water and light moving as one often reminds some people as a finely rehearsed ballet. The wide variety of music makes it possible for audiences to spend hours on the Strip taking in the show and never see the same performance twice. What makes it even better is the fact that you don't have to sit around waiting for a new show, fountain shows run every 15-30 minutes but can be shut down during time of high winds.
One visit to the fountains and you will see why it has become immortalized in movies such as the remake of Ocean's Eleven.
