A large fitness room is the first thing you will notice as you make your ways through the doors. The center includes free weights, cardio equipment, weight machines and a newly added stretching area.
At first glance the center may seem a little small, but rest assured that there are more than enough amenities. The spa features things such as a eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, whirlpools and tanning services.
One of the most popular treatments has got to be the Bliss package. Guests get 100 minutes of pampering which is divided between the Antiaging and Exfoliating facial and the River Stone Massage. The facial is an assortment of fruit extracts such as pumpkin, mandarin and cranberry that will leave you skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. The River Stone Massage involves water heated stones are placed along certain areas of your body and the direct heat combing with the long, flowing strokes work together to increase circulation and blood flow while soothing your muscles.
Either before or after your treatment take some time to enjoy the relaxation room. Sit back and enjoy a good book or magazine while you sip on a glass or fresh fruit or bottled water.
