For those that are looking to avoid all the hustle and bustle of the Strip, but still crave all the showmanship and flair that comes with it then Sam's Town might be the ideal place to make your stay.
Sitting just six miles form the Strip, Sam's Town has everything you could possibly want from a hotel, whether it be luxurious surroundings, excellent customer service or entertainment. One of the centerpiece's of the hotel has got to be the indoor atrium which is considered to be one of the largest in Nevada. The 25,000 square foot park features waterfalls, trees and a glass roof. In addition to the atrium, the other focal point of the hotel's entertainment has got to be the laser and water show which dazzle guests on a nightly basis. If that isn't enough to keep you entertained, the hotel also offers a 56 lane bowling alley as well as an 18 screen movie theater.
Once you get in the mode to do a little snacking, feel free to check out a couple of the hotel's restaurants. Billy Bob's Steak House & Salon is the perfect place for those that are looking to sink their teeth into a nice piece of steak or prime rib. Wily and Jose's Cantina specializes in southwestern flavors.
When the gambling bug hits you, head on out to the casino and enjoy the three floors of gaming action where you can enjoy everything from slots all the way to Double Deck Blackjack.
If you are finding that the Strip hotels are just a bit too crowded or pricey, then try heading over to Sam's Town. You will find that you don't always have to be on the Strip to be near the heart of all the action.
