When you think Vegas you may not think of blossoming plants and the fragrance of flowers wafting through your nose, but you should and one trip to the Bellagio Conservatory may change how you think.
For plant and flower lovers, this 14,000 square foot atrium with a 55 foot tall glass ceiling must be like heaven on earth. Here they can stroll through the gardens and be sure that they are seeing some of the freshest flowers around. S staff of 24 not only comes in to feed and water the plants, but they also change out the plants and flowers every two weeks so you can be sure that you are seeing plants from all over the country.
In Vegas "hot" isn't exactly a season. That is what makes the conservatory so special, here you got to witness five different seasons. Flowers are all rotated as the season exhibits include Chinese New Year, Holiday Show, Spring Celebration, Summer Garden Party and the Harvest Show.
While the flowers may garner the most attention once aspect of the garden shouldn't be overlooked. The newest addition to menagerie is a 105 year old banyan tree which is believed to have a fatal disease so time is running out for those that want to check out this Palm Beach wonder.
Aside from the trees, plants and flowers the conservatory has some of the most beautiful and soothing streams and ponds you could find. Many of which are visible from Cafè Bellagio's dinning room which overlooks part of the conservatory.
For those that can't get enough of nature and its beauty, the Bellagio Conservatory is one place you can't afford to miss.
