South Beach
The glimmering shoreline, incredible weather and enticing entourage of people on South Beach offers a bounty of activity. Poised as the southern counterpart of Miami Beach, this two-mile stretch of beauty, glamour and cultural diversity is where it's at. Miami Beach, on the downtown side of the bridge, embodies the feel of a magnificent city situated on the ocean. South Beach on the other hand hums a far different tune with a more relaxing beach scene, phenomenal cuisine, ritzy shops and art-perusing.
On the Sand
South Beach has also become a popular spot for celebrities and hot model photo shoots. It's common to see some of Hollywood's finest actors out on the scene, or gorgeous beauties posing in bikinis as the ocean sparkles in the backdrop. Celebrities aren't the only visual attraction. Step onto the sand, and peruse an abundance of gorgeous curves in bikinis and buff braggadocio. Cool off in the warm and refreshing ocean waters. Ease back and soak up the rays, or partake in an active game of volleyball.
Arts & Culture
The Art Deco District displays a frenzy of pastel-laden architecture. Since development began in the '20's and '30's, Miami has become recognized not only for its historic buildings, but also for its innovative designs, structure and color-combinations. A stroll through reveals a global medley of different cultures intermingling with one another.
Nightlife
When the evening rolls around, its time to party. A barrage of nightclubs and dance arenas open their doors. Even if the hopping clubs aren't your scene, there are a variety of options to choose from: pubs, bars, comedy clubs, performing arts center, sports bars, jazz clubs, New World Symphony and ocean front taverns along South Beach.
