For those that are planning a trip to San Diego and are a little confused as to where to begin, The Westin Horton Plaza San Diego is the perfect starting point.
For those that are looking to do a little shopping the Horton Plaza Shopping Center is located right outside the hotel. For those that are looking to check out some of the city's attractions or get a taste of the nightlife, the hotel is well within walking distance of the Convention Center, Gaslamp District, Little Italy, the harbor and Petco Park.
When it comes to the 450 guestrooms, the words simplistically stylish come to mind. From the highly polished black furnishings all the way to the freshly ironed white sheets, each room has a distinct fresh feel to it. Each room features the Westin Heavenly bed which has become a signature of the hotel as well as high-speed Internet access and CD players. While other hotels offer up generic in room coffee, the Westin pulls out all the stops as it springs for Starbucks.
