The State of Tennessee is a thing of beauty. It is green most of the year round and while weather can be inclimate, it never stops residents from getting outside and enjoying the states natural beauty.
The state is long and can be divided into three distinct areas. East Tennessee can be characterized by the Great Smoky Mountains and a beautiful National park. One of the main cities in this area is Chattanooga. Middle Tennessee is covered with plateaus and valleys. The Nashville Basin lies in this region with fertile farm land and the vibrant city of Nashville. West Tennessee is bordered by the Mississippi River and the town of Memphis.
