| Toronto weather is perhaps best characterized by the PATH network, an underground city Torontonians use to avoid the winter snow and summer humidity. Visitors will not, however, want to confine themselves to subterranean tunnels no matter how vibrant and exciting. When you do venture outside you'll find the winter weather to be cold and there is usually plenty of snow although it doesn't seem to keep the locals from getting around.
